Lucky Gem Merge

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Lucky Gem Merge. By installing, accessing, or continuing to use the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Application and uninstall it.
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use Lucky Gem Merge. If you have not reached the age of legal capacity where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf. By continuing you confirm that you have the capacity to enter this agreement and that your use will comply with applicable law.
Lucky Gem Merge is a mobile merge puzzle in which identical gems are combined to create higher-tier stones, clear boards, and unlock rewards. The Application may include promotions, in-app advertising, timed events, and optional reward features.
Board layouts, merge chains, booster rules, economy balancing, and reward terms are promotional features that may change, pause, or end at any time without prior notice and without compensation.

While using the Application you may not:
https://arolz.luckygeg.com or any partner systemGems, coins, boosters, energy, and similar virtual goods carry no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash outside features expressly provided in the Application, and are licensed rather than sold. Where in-app purchases are offered, they are processed by the applicable app store, and refunds are governed by that store's policies. Virtual items may be adjusted, revalued, or removed as part of ordinary game balancing.
PayPal. Withdrawal information is used only for payouts, fraud prevention, and legal compliance — never sold for third-party marketing.
Software, artwork, trademarks, gem and board designs, audio, and other materials in the Application belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms. No further rights are granted by implication.
The Application may integrate advertising, analytics, attribution, and payment partners, each governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices that fall outside our reasonable control. Interaction with an advertiser or partner is solely between you and that party.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how Personal Data is collected, used, and shared, including processing associated with https://arolz.luckygeg.com. By using the Application you acknowledge that you have reviewed that document.
Access may be suspended or terminated where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, interfered with fair play, or created risk for other users or the platform. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Rewards and withdrawals are not wages or guaranteed income. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, virtual items, or reward balances.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucky Gem Merge, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Application, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We are not liable for delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental action, network or hosting failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or third-party platform disruptions.
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact delawareveronicapi2577@gmail.com so a good-faith resolution can be attempted. Non-waivable consumer rights under local law are not limited by these Terms.
These Terms may be updated as the Application or legal requirements evolve. Material revisions may be communicated in-app or through other reasonable means, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
